Shipping policy

Whilst we endeavour to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, we, unfortunately, have no influence on external providers' delayed delivery times. Delivery times may vary from what is specified due to high order volumes during promotional periods and COVID-19-related supply issues.

Please head over to Australia Post for the most up-to-date information in your area. 

We endeavor to dispatch all non-personalised/non-customised orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak and promotional times, please allow 1-2 extra business days for dispatch.

For personalised/customised orders, orders will endeavour to be processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak and promotional times, please allow 1-2 extra business days for dispatch.

All Australia Post and StarTrack signed for delivery parcels will be “Authority to Leave” effective immediately, in an effort to minimise social interactions in accordance with official COVID-19 guidelines.

Please allow as much time as possible to receive and send items throughout the Christmas period. We cannot guarantee items will arrive in time, however, to give the best chance possible, place an express order by 19th Dec 2022. Orders within Australia only, WA & NT excluded. For express shipping: We offer a rate of $20.00 for express shipping within Australia only.

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. We are currently offering in-store pick-up from our support office only.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), for non-personalised/non-customised orders.  

For personalised/customised orders, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Please do not come to collect your order until you have been notified.

Our in-store pickup hours are available from Reception, between 10am-4pm, Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and holidays). Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

What to bring with you to collect your order?

  • Bring your confirmation order email with you. We will need the order number to ensure we’re handing over the correct order to the correct customer
  • Bring your ID.
  • If you nominate a family member or friend to pick up on your behalf, please provide us with the name of who to expect in the notes section of your order.
  • Please collect via our reception
  • Please wear a mask inside to collect your order
  • If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms, DO NOT proceed with the collection. Contact us immediately at customercare@minit.com.au so we can arrange an alternate collection date and time.

 

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customercare@minit.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Shipping to P.O. Boxes:

Please note that our express delivery carriers do not ship to PO Boxes.

Our standard shipping carrier, Australia Post does offer this service.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges:

We have a 7-day return policy, which means online (only) purchases must be returned within 7 days of the delivered date*. 

Please note that we do not provide refunds of any description, for online purchases due to change of mind. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and non-customized. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you may be instructed to ship the item(s) back to us (an address will be confirmed) as communicated. If it is an exchange of goods sold, the shipping costs are borne by the customer. Faulty or defective items are the exception and will be communicated accordingly to you as the customer. 

* We will use the tracked delivery date for online purchases as your delivered date. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customercare@minit.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
