You will be on a rotating roster including weekends. We are very flexible and will also plan our
rosters to balance work and home life 

Yes, all Mister Minit Team Members must be either Australian citizens or eligible to work in
Australia

Mister Minit has a workplace agreement and rates of pay. Pay rates will be above the hourly rates of the Retail Award, which is our reference for the work we do.

We are the industry leader when it comes to training. An individual training plan will be
established for your base training accreditation.

Whilst we do everything we can to roster you in a “home” shop, from time to time, you are
required to work in other shops in your Area.

We don’t sell franchises, we grant these to high performing individuals – so work hard, improve your technical skills and really look after your customers and you too
can be granted a Franchise.
