RETURNS CRITERIA (Online Purchases Only)

You can return any item purchased online, that is unused or non-customised within 14 days of purchase.

If the item you have received is faulty we will require images of the product as proof of the fault, before the product is returned to the seller. We will then provide a code prior to returning.

Proof of purchase is to be returned with the merchandise.

Any refunds, less shipping cost will be transferred back onto your original payment method.  EG: credit card or Paypal account. Promotional codes are not eligible for a refund. 

Credit will be given once the good have been returned. We cannot credit an account until the goods have been received

Items that cannot be returned to MISTER MINIT include personalised products.  All online purchases being returned, must be returned within 14 days of being approved for return.

Please contact  customercare@minit.com.au for a return code, prior to returning. Items must be in original condition including packaging,  and not damaged in any way. If these requirements are not met the seller reserves the right to refuse the return.  

Online returns cannot be returned or exchanged in store.
